They did a fantastic job with our logo printing. The colors are sharp and professional.
I placed a mass order (~$5,000) and paid a 50% deposit. Before production, I requested multiple times that they send me a video sample for confirmation. They ignored this and went ahead with full mass production without my approval. This shows a lack of transparency and disregard for agreed conditions.
Now I am forced to wait for Alibaba mediation to resolve the dispute. Very unprofessional behavior—be extremely cautious if you are considering working with them.
